She will de-mystify honeycomb and show you how simple it is to make, along with some delectable fudge, toffee strawberries and coconut ice. Then she will let you into a few ‘heavenly secrets’ with some fabulous easy chocolate desserts like Chocolate & Cointreau Heavens and Soft Centred Chocolate Fondants. Our Masterchef Courses are still filling fast and we now have a Saturday course starting 21 August from 1:30 – 4:30pm. We are just so thrilled with the response – so much so that we have two new students who, hopefully, will be representing Queensland on the next “My Kitchen Rules” TV show. THE WORD IS SPREADING!!! INTRODUCTION TO MASTERCHEF SCHOOL COURSE

We have put in place two x one hour demonstration sessions titled: AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR MASTERCHEF SCHOOL COURSE as we feel some of you may be wondering if the course is for you. Alison Taafe will explain and demonstrate just what you will learn during your eight weeks tuition.

The demonstrations are FREE and we feel you will be impressed. Dates of demonstrations:
