Booking Conditions

• No refunds or transfers will be given for classes not attanded. Please send someone to take your place.
• All bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment.
• We do not take tentative bookings.
• Class times and numbers are subject to change without warning.
• Reservations may be transferred to another class or another person if more than 7 days notice is given.
• All prices include GST.
• Cooking school purchases can not be accredited to our VIC rewards program and will not attract any vouchers.
• Kitchenware Plus gift vouchers can not be used to purchase cooking classes.
• No prior payment required with bookings for Jackie Thompson's classes, please make payment on the day of the class.

Dietary Requirements

• Kitchenware Plus does not cater for individual dietary requirements beyond what is denoted on the class schedule.
• Kitchenware Plus is happy to substitute ingredients for participants within the class where possible.
